Role overview
As a Commercial Account Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our commercial laptops and desktops in Cambodia. Your primary focus will be on managing key accounts, developing new potential customers and fostering long-term relationships with different types of resellers and industry customers. You will serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and needs, working to build and enhance these relationships to establish enduring partnerships. This position reports directly to the Commercial Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities
In your daily duties, you will:
  • Run-Rate Account Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts in Cambodia including multiple types of resellers (Retailers, System Integrate…): This involves managing strategic and operational customer relationship activities, developing long-term customer relationships, and overseeing sales.
    • Develop a thorough understanding of our products/service offerings and partners’ business requirements to effectively upsell and cross-sell to customers
    • Develop a business plan & suitable co-op marketing activities campaign for each customer
    • Plan customers’ product mix to align with brand strategy and market demand
    • Manage channel partners’ inventory to ensure it remains healthy
  • Business development: Identify new opportunities in Cambodia and develop strategies to win new business.
  • Work independently to close the deal of tender projects: collect all required information for ontime and complete technical and commercial tender submittal to the customer and lead the negotiations with customers.
  • Solution Selling: Develop a thorough understanding of our products/service offerings and partners’ business requirements to better upsell and cross-sell to customers. Collaborate with Product Management to create tailored solutions that address client requirements and deliver end-to-end support.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, government policies, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues proactively
  • Marketing responsibilities: collaborate with the Vietnam & Cambodia marketing teams to create and deliver marketing assets for both online and offline channels. Manage the distribution of marketing materials across various platforms and assist in responding to customers’ comments or questions related to commercial products.
Requirements
  • At least 3 year experience in Sales / Account management at an ICT brand or ICT System Integrate / distributor. The candidate must have a good understanding of B2B and enterprise market
  • Proven track record of success in B2B selling, enterprise-level solutions to customers
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes and compliance requirements.
  • Experience to expand NB / Desktop product is a big plus
  • Ability to articulate the value proposition of our product/service offerings
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with high focus on customer satisfaction
  • Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
  • Good level of English is required as this position will interact with overseas colleagues. Chinese is a plus
